Saving Vegetable Seeds

This course is designed to acquaint the home gardener with a basic understanding of how seeds are formed and how to prevent cross-pollination as it relates to seed saving. Master Gardener Janet Waagen will discuss specific seed saving techniques, including when to harvest and how to process seed. Proper storage techniques will also be given for many common vegetables.
