Field Day at McClellan Ranch Park in Cupertino

The public is invited to attend the free Master Gardener Field Day at McClellan Ranch Park.  We will be giving tours of the garden with the new raised beds, specially designed and constructed to ward off critters - a big concern at this community garden!  Come see how you can build raised beds to protect against gophers and other pests. 

We will have a display of the various types of tomatoes we are growing - assuming they are ripe by then!  Our cool summer means late ripening tomatoes.
