Our main Hotline in San Jose is staffed 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can call or leave a message at 408-282-3105. You can also bring in samples by visiting our offices in San Jose on Berger Drive.

Our north county Hotline in Palo Alto is staffed 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. on Fridays only, February through November (closed December and January). You can call or leave a message at 650-329-1356 ext. 205. You can also bring in samples by visiting our office at Elizabeth Gamble Garden.
